Deep Practice

asana – pranayama – meditation

This is an opportunity for a deep practice, deeper than you can get to in a normal class.

An hour of strong asana practice to really build strength, resilience and suppleness, and work out the knots and kinks of every day life; Half an hour of progressive pranayama practice (preliminary and classical techniques) to increase control and depth of breath, increase vitality and start inward stillness; Half an hour of Ishana meditation practice (primarily mantra, japa, zazen) to further deepen and develop focus of attention, concentration and stillness.

This is part of the AntiFragility Yoga Program of courses and workshops.
